Nearly $10,000 has been raised for Anya Rozenblit and her family, who lost everything when the fire destroyed their home.

A GoFundMe campaign has been organized by Anya's friend, Lyann Figueroa.

Figueroa wrote: "On the afternoon of Saturday, March 18, she was out walking her dogs & on her way back realized that her house was on fire."

Her son Jacob was home in the shower when the fire broke out.

"The fire moved quickly through her home & she lost absolutely everything," Figueroa said. "Thankfully her and her family are unharmed physically, but the emotional toll, financial burden & trauma they are facing is insurmountable."
